DIRECTIONS TO LIH

LIH is centrally located in East Meadow Long Island.  To get to LIH from:

• Northern State Parkway:

Take the Meadowbrook Parkway South to exit M5.  This will put you onto Hempstead Turnpike going east.  Make a right at the first light onto Merrick Ave.  Continue going south for less than a mile and make a left onto Prospect Avenue.  Take Prospect Avenue for just under a mile and make a left onto Maple Avenue.  The address is 358 Maple Ave.

• Southern State Parkway:

Take Exit 24 North (Merrick Ave) for just under a mile and make a right onto Prospect Avenue.  Take Prospect Avenue for just under a mile and make a left onto Maple Avenue.  The address is 358 Maple Avenue.
